Waypoint Immigration was founded in Mississauga by Manmeet Pal Singh, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. Manmeet is an active member of the immigration professional community in the GTA and works with applicants and employers across Peel Region and beyond.

Why a licensed consultant matters
Anyone can call themselves an immigration agent online. Only an RCIC or a lawyer can legally represent you before IRCC for a fee. Here is what that protection means for you.

Do I need a consultant, or can I apply on my own?
You can apply yourself. A licensed consultant reduces errors, missed deadlines and refusals, and matters most in complex files such as sponsorship, PNP nominations, prior refusals or inadmissibility.
How do I check that Waypoint is licensed?
Search "Manmeet Pal Singh" or our licence number on the CICC public register at register.college-ic.ca. Every RCIC in Canada is listed there.
How much does a consultation cost?
Consultation fees are listed when you book. If you go ahead with a full service, the consultation fee is credited toward it. All fees are in Canadian dollars and agreed in writing before work starts.
Do you work with clients outside Mississauga?
Yes. Most of our clients are in Mississauga, Brampton and the GTA, but we work with applicants across Canada and overseas by video call.
Do you help employers with LMIA applications?
Yes. We prepare LMIA applications, advise on advertising and wage requirements, and handle the work permit that follows.
Can you guarantee my application will be approved?
No licensed consultant can. Decisions are made by IRCC. What we guarantee is an honest assessment, a complete application and full follow-up.
